Blumberg helped this technology start-up purchase and retrofit a former 1905 bank building for its corporate office.  Two additional spaces within the building were leased to an internet gaming firm and a bank experimenting with a branch concept combining financial services and a coffee bar.

OUTSTANDING DESIGN AWARD: American School & University

The Design Concept, an updated Spanish Mission Style, is based on the City’s old Municipal Library and Pier that was destroyed in the 1940’s.

Many differing opinions were taken into consideration when designing this handsome, cost-efficient building.

One of Blumberg Associates’ earliest and longest running projects, the complete renovation of this Atlantic City “alley” spanned a 20-year period.

This project involved taking three separate buildings and integrating them into one structure with harmonizing infill additions.

As the population of Egg Harbor Township began to explode in the 1960s, the old Grange Hall that served as municipal meeting place became inadequate.
